Hello, I'm Dan Strafford. I have youngest Aelish in second grade this year. My oldest Nora graduated from Fitz back in 2021 and my middle daughter Maeve graduated last year. I'm looking forward to continuing the great work of previous boards and having a great school year!

Treasurer
Hi everyone! My name is Deirdre Georgoudis and I'm happy to be part of the Fitzy PTO Board this year as the Treasurer! This is my family's fourth year at FitzGerald Elementary. I have two daughters, Aella is in 5th grade and Lily is graduated Fitz last year. My husband works as a lunchroom monitor; ask your kids if they know Mr. James!
I'm very excited to support all of the fun activities that the PTO will host for the kids and teachers this coming school year!

Chesley Muniz
Hi, I’m Chesley, and this is my second year as the PTO’s secretary. In addition to my favorite job as a Fitzy parent of third-grader Eloise, I’m a high-school Special-Education teacher who loves bringing Star Wars, Minecraft, and other pop-culture my students enjoy into my lessons. My husband, Eric, and I are passionate about including all learners in our schools and communities, and Trunk-or-Treat is our favorite PTO event (you can find Eric dressed as Sasquatch each year).

Hello! I’m Stefanie Glaude, proud parent of two Fitzgerald students in kindergarten, Parker, and 3rd grade, Olivia . This year, I’m thrilled to lead our FUNdraising efforts. My goal is to ensure every child has a memorable experience at FitzGerald by securing funds for events, enrichment programs, and more. Expect to hear from me about exciting opportunities to get involved!

Ann Tierney
Director of 5th Grade Activities
Hello! I’m Ann. My daughter, Elizabeth, is in the 5th grade and I’ve had the joy of volunteering with the wonderful parents on the PTO since she was in kindergarten. I am so excited to volunteer again this year with the rest of the amazing board. Our goal is to bring as many exciting events, easy fundraisers, enrichment activities, etc, to our fabulous Fitzgerald community as we can. I am looking forward to meeting and collaborating with as many parents as I can this year!
